fall in May of 1969 amounting to 6,4 inches.

The April, 1969 report is entitled "Pi 1 oLE.lannLng--S tudy for AreaWide
Storm Drainage Planning". It was prepared for the Denver Regional Council
of Governments with financial support from the City of Boulder, and the
County of Boulder. The reader is referred to that c9mpanion report in
three volumes,

During 1969 the City of Boulder and County of Boulder adopted the Urban
Storm Drainage Criteria Manual and flood plain regulations which repre-
sented significant steps forward in flood plain management and urban
drainage efforts. In addition, the April, 1969 North Boulder Report was
adopted as a plan.

This report covers the area of Boulder and its environs lying south of
Boulder Creek, Major drainageways included in the plan are shown in
Table I-A along with those of North Boulder which have been studied.
