It will be noted that the total construction cost is estimated at
$9,502,700, which includes $2,137,700 for construction contingency,
legal, fiscal, and engineering costs of 30 per cent. About $915,400
is allocated to the retent i on bas i ns. I ncome can be rea 1 i zed from
material sales from these reservoirs whIch has not beer accounted
for in the cost estimates.

The total land acquisition costs are estimated at $219,800, which
includes right-of-way costs ranging from $1,000 to $20,000 per acre.
No buildings need be taken with the proposed plan.
