The Board finds that the Corps <br />has fully addressed our December 3, 1991, writt,en <:oncems. <br /> <br />Tile finds and results of the hydrology analysis were presented to the: .city officials and <br />interested parties .on January 17, 1992. It was the general consensus of the group that the <br />Corps' findings and recommendations are acceptable to us. <br /> <br />I am recomrnending that any contractor pl~rforming flood-related studies on the Oak <br />Creek Basin use the discharges and methods 3$ presented in the Corp:;' report entitled <br />"Hydrology for Oak Creek, Florence, Colorado dated December, 1991." <br /> <br />We welcome the professional services that are provided to the State of Colorado <br />through the Corps' Section 22 Program.
