<br />This is in response to a letter dated October 3, 1989, from tir. John C.
<br />Ho Idren, Town Manager, Town of W~ggins, f<;!gard ing the E!ffec t i ve nood
<br />Insurance Study (FIS) report, Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM), and Flood
<br />Boundary and F100dway Map (.BFM) for the Town of Wiggins, ColoradO, dated
<br />February 15, 1979. Mr. Holdren submitted additional data requested in our
<br />letter dated August 31, 1989. These data. .'er'e requested to support his
<br />initial revision request, dated Janvary 3D, 1989, to revi'~E! the effective
<br />FIRM and .BFM for the Town of Wiggins, reflec:ting the n'2wly constructed levee
<br />along the east side of Kiowa Creek in Morgan County, CCllol~ado, to provi.de
<br />flood protection for the entire Town vf .riggins,
