DeVries prepared the <br />report. The basic outline was developed by David Ford, with contributions <br />from a number of the Center's staff. The chapter on Calibration of Model <br />Parameters (Chapter 6) was written by Or. Ford, Gary Dyhouse, Chief of the <br />Hydrologic Engineering Section of the st, Louis District, Corps of Engineers, <br />prepared the material in the Appendix while on assignment at HEC in 1979. <br /> <br />The major portion of the material in this report is based on notes, <br />procedures, and special-assistance reports prepared by the Special Assistance <br />Branch of the Hydrologic Engineering Center, much of which was the work of <br />Uale Burnett, past Branch Chief. The review comments of Dale Burnett, Arlen <br />Feldnan, John Peters, and David Ford were very helpful.
