AMENDING THE <br />LAKE CITY MUNICIPAL CODE, TO PROVIDE REVISED FLOOD PLAIN MANAGE- <br />MENT REGULATIONS. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF LAKE <br />CITY. Whenever any conflict <br />exists between these regulations and any other ordinance or <br />regulations. those providing the more stringent limitation or <br />requirement shall apply. <br /> <br />(B) As used in this section. "development" means any man- <br />made change to improved or unimproved real estate. including but <br />not limited to buildings or other structures. mining. dredging. <br />filling. grading. paving. excavation or drilling operations. <br /> <br />(C) <br />having a <br />year. <br /> <br />LC2/13 <br /> <br />As used in this section.
