This plan <br />will attempt to identify existing resources and resource deficiencies. It <br />can also be used in an attempt to secure additional resources and to provide <br />assistance in establishing hazmat teams or in increasing established hazmat <br />team capabilities throughcut Colorado. <br /> <br />Capabi.lities are d<enned ac-; pprsonnel, training and equipment. Although this <br />plan can not directl;\- affect numbers ot' personnel. personnel may be <br />indirect.l;- influenced by the offer of quality training and appropriate <br />equipment.
