For purposes of this clause, the term 'handicapped <br />individual' means a person who has a physical, mental, or emotional <br />impairment, defect, ailment, d1sease, or disability of a permanent nature <br />which in any way limits the selection of any type of employment for which <br />the person would otherwise be qualified or qualifiable. The DUNS Number should be preceded by 'DUNS:.' If the <br />offeror does not have a DUNS Number, it may obtain one from any Dun and <br />Bradstreet branch office.
