Application <br />information will be provided by the CWCB to the Contractor. <br /> <br />Task 3 <br />The Contractor shall interview the local sponsors, City of Sterling and Logan County officials, <br />the staff of the Colorado Water Conservation Board, local residents, the Sterling No. I Irrigation <br />Company, and area flood victims to obtain a full understanding of the flood issues, In addition, <br />the flood problems are defined and presented in a number of flood-related publications which are <br />listed in a publication entitled "City of Sterling Drainage and Flood Control Implementation <br />Plan," dated June 1997, which is prepared by ICON Engineering, Inc. <br /> <br />3 <br />
