~.
J

--.

Mr, Tom Daugherty
May 5, 1998
Page three

I have discussed these concerns on the telephone with Mr, Urbanowski. I do not believe
that any of the concerns would necessitate a design change or any change to the report,
We support the proposed change to the Town of Breckenridge FIRM,

I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the efforts by Wright Water
Engineers (and their client) to extend floodplain mapping on Sawmill Gulch well beyond
the limits of your client's property. We appreciate their providing additional floodplain
information for the Town of Breckenridge, I look forward to a complete and up-to-date
FIRM for the town in the near future,

Please contact our office if you have any questions or concerns about this letter.

Sincerely,

~~.~

Brian R.
