The analysis was <br />based on a storm duration of 2!.-hr dnd a Type II distribution, <br />that applies to the mountainous areaE. of western Colorado. <br /> <br />The basin was divided into 14 runoff drE'as, as show~ in Figure 2. <br />The resulting peak discharges for all flooding sources to be <br />studied in detail were obtained from the TR-20 printout included <br />as Appendix B. A summary of discharge,'; is prE,sented below, The <br />100 -year peak discharge on Loy Gulch at Sta t e Highvlay 67 of 810 <br />cfs compares favorably \dth an earlier estimate of 84-1 cfs usinJ2 <br />the graphical 5C5 procedure (Ref. 4). <br /> <br />-9- <br />
