<br />above reports, We request that the Colorado Water Conservation Board
<br />consi der the 100-yea r flood p 1 ai nS described in the reports for desi gna-
<br />tion as flood hazard areas, Arvada, Jefferson-County, Northglenn,
<br />Thornton, Adams County, Lakewood, Denver, Edgewater, Wheat Ridge,
<br />Arapahoe County, and Douglas County will be responsible for regulating
<br />those portions of the flood plainS within their respective borders. .
