The <br />report ~~a prepared for the Town of ~llikon and the Colorado Water <br />conservation Board to serve as a guide to street and drainage improvements and <br />general development in Milliken. Included is the basic data used inhydrolo- <br />gic, hydraulic, and economic analyses to ~fine the drainage situation as well <br />as alternative solutions to the assocIated flooding problems in town. <br />Analysis of the various alternatives produced a recommended drainage improve- <br />ment plan including an Lmpl~mentation procedure. ~ preliminary ~treet impro_ <br />vement plan coordinated with the drainage improvement plan i5 also presented. <br />The 'l'o"", of Milliken (270aores) ie located at the rec"iving end of a7.' <br />s~uar" mile agricultural drainage basin.
