The prinoipal outlet follows County Road 23 to the <br />Thompson and Platte Ditch in a roadside ditch. If the water level <br />in the pvnd riaes high enough, flood waters spill out onto Dorothy <br />Avenue and down Broad Street to the Lola Park Tributary.
