DESCRIPTION OF LOCATION

State of Colorado Bench Mark comprising a 5/8-inch re-bar and
aluminum tag in the ground at the south edge of Lincoln Avenue
(U.S. Highway 40), west of the junction of Lincoln Avenue and
13th Street, and north of the "Springhouse" in the City Park.

U.S. Geological Survey disk stamped "M28 1933" on the top of a
concrete post at a fence corner about 325 feet east of the east end
of the Denver and Rio Grande Western Railroad and 13 feet north
of the north rail.

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District Bench Mark
comprising the center of deck of the bridge crossing Soda Creek at
Oak Street.

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District Bench Mark
comprising the north rim of the storm sewer manhole in the center
of the intersection of 9th and Pine Streets.

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District Bench Mark
comprising the center of the deck of the bridge crossing Soda Creek
at Willow Street.

City of Steamboat Springs Bench Mark comprising a nail in a
wooden pole at the northwest corner of the junction of 12th and
Yam pa Streets.

City of Steamboat Springs Bench Mark comprising a nail in a
wooden pole at the northeast corner of the junction of 9th and
Yampa Streets.

City of Steamboat Springs Bench Mark comprising a nail in a
wooden pole at the northeast corner of the junction of 7th and
Yampa Streets.

State of Colorado Bench Mark comprising a nail and tag in the
pavement at the south corner of the intersection of 7th Street and
Lincoln Avenue.

City of Steamboat Springs Bench Mark comprising a nail in a
wooden pole at the northeast corner of the junction of 5th and
Yampa Streets.

U.S. Geological Survey disk stamped "N28 1933" in the northeast
corner of the junction of River Street and a road extending across
the Yampa River from 5th Street. Reference Mark is 48 feet south
of the south rail of the Denver and Rio Grande Western Railroad,
and 42 feet west of the road center line.
