Based on the information supplied, we l:>elieve the present <br />nature of the proposed project area is such that no further impact <br />upon cultural resources will occur. Th,~refore, the undertaJdng may <br />proceed upon approval of the appropriate agency.. <br /> <br />However, if previously ul'lidentit ied al:chaeological resources are <br />di.scovered in the cours,~ of the project', work must be inte~rrupted <br />until the resources are properly evalua.t:ed in terms of the National <br />Register of Historic Phces eligibility criteria.
