Bilyeu, to review <br />Sterling'S administration of floodplain management requirement:s and <br />to assist in understanding NF]:P requirements. His assistance was <br />appreciated. <br /> <br />Floodplain development approved since December :J., 1991, meets <br />Sterling Code provisions, exceptinq the 40;2 South 2nd Street <br />permit. We understood. that approval of this ioTas t]:l.e result of an <br />oversight and that corrective pdminis1:rative s.teps have been taken <br />to assure non-repetition. We pave received th,~ December 14, 1993, <br />letter giving notice to Mr. Tennant of insuranc,= rates commensurate <br />with the increased risk with elevation belo..' the required base <br />flood level. <br /> <br />We have enclosed the Conununit:y Rating System (CRS) information <br />requested.
