This LOMR is being issued to reflect the correct address of the structure.

All other determinations of the July 19 LOMR remain valid. As stated in the July 19 LOMR, we revised
the FIRM and FIS report to modify the elevations and floodplain and floodway boundary delineations of
the flood having a I-percent chance of being equaled or exceeded in any given year (base flood) along
Westerly Creek from South Havana Street to approximately 140 feet downstream of East Alameda
A venue, As a result of the modifications, the Base Flood Elevations (BFEs) for Westerly Creek
increased, and the widths of the Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA), the area that would be inundated by
the base flood, and the regulatory floodway increased in some areas and decreased in other areas, Based
on detailed data provided in the submitted report entitled "Westerly Creek, Letter of Map Revision,
Havana At Alameda," prepared by ICON Engineering, Inc" dated January 2000; a facsimile message
sent by Mr, Mike Vinson, ICON Engineering, Inc" on May 4, 2000; and Mr, Mancini's August 9 letter,
we have determined that the lowest adjacent grades of structures located at the following addresses are
higher than the corresponding BFEs:

. 290 South Havana Street, Aurora, Colorado 80012
. 302 South Havana Street, Aurora, Colorado 80012
. 1070 I East Alameda Avenue, Aurora, Colorado 80012
. 121 South Joliet Circle, Aurora, Colorado 80012
