<br />Sta~:ment of Qualifications <br /> <br />FIRM <br />HISTORY <br /> <br />Since 1946, Turner Collie & Braden Inc. (TC&B) has developed a <br />strong civil engineering practice emphasizing a wide variety of <br />transportation, public works, and urban infrastructure projects. <br />Projects have been initiated with feasibility studies and have been <br />carried through final design, preparation of ]plans and specifications, <br />construction, and post-construction phase se:rvices. Our experience <br />includes: drainage and flood control; traffic engineering and <br />transportation planning; water treatment, storage, supply, and <br />distribution; wastewater collection, treatment, and disposal; roads, <br />bridges, and highways; and environmental engineering. <br /> <br />TC&B's Denver office was established in 1981. The firm has <br />performed work for Arapahoe, Douglas, Jefferson, and Denver <br />Counties, as well as arterial, highway, inten:hange, and bridge <br />projects for the Colorado Department of Transportation. Other clients <br />include the Federal Emergency Management Agency, municipalities, <br />the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District, special districts, and <br />private developers. <br /> <br />All work for this project will be performed at TC&B's office located <br />at 999 18th Street, Denver, Colorado, approximately 15 minutes from <br />the Colorado Water Conservation Board offices. <br /> <br />Turner Collie & Braden Inc. <br />
