Statement of Qualifications

REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE (Cont.)

. Quincy Reservoir Outfall Systems Planning Stndy. Developed the Alternative Evaluation Report
to mitigate the impacts of stormwater from entering Quincy Reservoir, which is a major source of
drinking water for the City of Aurora. This report evaluated alternatives which increased the capacity
ofthe diminished West Toll Gate Creek diversion channel, which directs stormwater around the
reservoir. Alternatives incorporated enlargement ofthe diversion channel, detention, and water
quality basins to convey various return frequencies around the reservoir.

· 1-25 County Line Road to Dry Creek Road, Inverness Metropolitan Improvement District,
Colorado. Completed the drainage study for a one-mile stretch ofI-25 along with ramp drainage at
the Dry Creek Road and County Line Road ramps. The study included a hydrologic analysis of the
existing conditions and solutions recommended for the proposed improvements which included
construction plans for a storm sewer system in County Line Road.

. 1-70 Agate, Elbert County, Colorado for IHC and CDOT. Completed the drainage report for a II
mile stretch ofI-70 just west of Limon. The study included the hydrologic and hydraulic analysis of
all drainage culverts within the project limits and adequacy of the existing median drainage.
Alternatives were recommended to relieve problems in areas where flooding and erosion were
identified. In addition, this project includes performing a scour analysis of two bridges within the
project limits and recommending solutions if necessary.

. 1-70 Airpark, Arapahoe County, Colorado for IHC and CDOT. Completed the drainage report
for an existing 12 mile stretch of 1-70 just east of DenvtT. The study includes the hydrologic and
hydraulic analysis of all drainage culverts within the project limits and adequacy of the existing
median drainage. In addition, to alleviate problems in locations where potential flooding was
identified, alternatives were developed and recommended.

Other experience includes:

. As an intern at UDFCD, Mr. Ommert gained experience in a variety of areas. He was responsible for
monitoring equipment setup and maintenance of two stormwater improvement facilities, hydraulic
analysis and subsequent data analysis of collect storm and water quality data. Other experience
includes

Completed HEC-2 and HEC-RAS models to develop discharge rating curves for field
monitoring systems
Developed database for UDFCD to archive hydrograph and water quality data in Access 7.0
and Excel 7.0
Field experience in compositing stormwater samples and collecting raw data
Supervised and inspected maintenance of stormwater monitoring facilities

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS

American Society of Civil Engineers
Chi Epsilon Engineering Honor Society

Turner Collie & Braden Inc,
