Statement of Qualifications

PROJECT
CONTROL

Quality

TC&B has a corporate QA/QC policy that is initiated with the
development of the project team, which includes a senior engineer
responsible for QAlQC review of the project This senior engineer is
not involved with the daily aspects of the project and therefore is able
to review the project with a "fi:esh set of eyes." When a project is
initiated, project planning documents are pn:pared that include
milestones for quality control reviews to assure that the project
requirements are being satisfied. The project team, including the
QAlQC engineer, attends a project kick-off meeting to review the
project requirements, client expectations, project schedule and budget.
During the kick-off meeting the project team brainstorms to identifY
anticipated "obstacles" that may require special attention.

Cost

Following negotiation of the scope and man..hours, tasks and budgets
for project control are established before work begins. Reports are
distributed weekly to the project managers that identifY the project
effort to date.

Schedule

The project tasks, manpower projections and costs are integrated with
the project milestone delivery dates to develop a schedule using
Microsoft Project. The schedule will be submitted to CWCB for
review. TC&B will monitor the schedule to assure completion of the
project within the agreed to time frames.

Turner Collie & Braden Inc,
