<br />a 25% blockage of the bridge, water surface elevations during the 100 year
<br />event will not endanger adjoining upstream properties and the Cherry Vale
<br />Meadows will have access via the proposed bridge. Erosion under the existing
<br />sewer line will be eliminated.

<br />The attached plan, cross-sections and calculations are to be considered a
<br />part of this report. The exact structural design of the bridge and appur-
<br />tenances will be completed based on the hydraulic computations in this report
<br />and all work within the 100 year flood plain will be constructed prior to
<br />recordation of the final plat.
