<br />Thank you for meeting with us. Your explanation of what is needed
<br />for review of the discharges that we have calculated for Plum Creek
<br />at Louviers will expedite our study.
<br />
<br />So that you can adequately review the data we provided in our letter
<br />of January 31, 1977, we provide the following:
<br />
<br />1. A copy of our letter to HUD dated August 26, 1976 regarding
<br />methodology. One other factor in our decision was that the
<br />SCS method provides hydrographs which are required for our work
<br />with the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District. At the
<br />time of our letter, we were discussing the piggyback contract
<br />which was executed in November of 1976,
<br />
<br />2. A description of our data sources and the mechanics of SCS
<br />programs, WSP2 and TR20.
<br />
<br />3. Computer output for several cross sections immediately up-
<br />stream from Louviers.
<br />
<br />4. A copy of a letter from SCS dated February 16, 1977, indicating
<br />their general concurrence with our peak discharges.
<br />
<br />5. A copy of our letter to you dated January 31, 1977,
