It contains HEC-2 output files that were used <br />to determine the majority of hydraulic characteristics used in the report. The following <br />is a list of the HEC-2 output files and a brief description of their contents. Additional <br />backup cross sections upstream of 1-25 are also included. <br /> <br />GOLFE.HZ <br /> <br />Existing conditions starting from UDFCD Cross Section 1570 and continuing upstream of <br />136th Avenue to Section 960+30. This run is used for the main channel water surface <br />computations. The east side of Washington Street is found in file EAST.H2. The <br />following events are modeled: <br /> <br />1. 2-year UDFCD flow of 3,650 cfs, started with normal depth procedures; <br />2. lO-year UDFCD flow at 5,620 cfs, started from Muller's FHAD WSELj <br />3. 100-year FEMA flow of 8,892 cfs, started with normal depth procedures, and <br />4. 100-year UDFCD flow of 11,190 cfs, started with Muller's FHAD WSEL. <br /> <br />EAST.HZ <br />This file models Section 937+60 to 953+00E along the east side of Washington Street. <br />Flows are adjusted according to the flow distribution over Washington found in file <br />GOLFE.H2. The 2-year, 10-year, 100-year FEMA, and 100-year UDFCD flows are <br />modeled. <br /> <br />GOLFE.HEC <br />Existing conditions from 136th Avenue to Section 4020, upstream of 1-25. Section <br />1003+09 should be used to determine the water surface at the upstream side of 1-25. <br />Sections 1090 to 4020 are from Greiner's FHAD, corrected to this study's datum. <br /> <br />CHNBRP.HZ <br />Improved conditions from Washington Street through 136th Avenue, including improved <br />bridges at both locations. The improvements are shown in detail on Drawing No.2. <br />The model is continued upstream until the 100-year water surface matches file <br />GOLFP2.H2. <br /> <br />A-I <br />
