CHANNEL TO MAIN CHANNEL (SHORT DISTANCE S OF HWY <br />14 E OF FT COLLINS.) THE O.F. CHANNEL RUNS ALONG THE E SlOE OF 1-25. THE <br />SOIL CONSERVATION SERVICE (SCS) HAD STUDIED THE MAIN & D.F. CHANNELS N <br />OF CO RD 50. SIMONS, LI, 80 ASSOCIATES, INC.(SLA) HAD STUDIED ONLY T~E <br />MAIN CHANNEL S OF CO RD 50. THIS STUDY WILL ALSO REDO THE MAIN CHANNEL <br />(WITH ONLY ONE LOW DISCHARGE) PORTION IN THE STUDY REACH. <br />SPECIFICALLY, THE PURPOSE OF THIS STUDY IS TO CONNECT SLA'S CRITERIA <br />(THEIR DISCHARGES & ELEVATIONS OF THE MAIN CHANNEL AT THE REENTRY POINT) <br />WITH SCS'S STARTING CRITERIA (ELEVATIONS 80 DISCHARGES) AT CD RD 50. <br />THIS ALSO INCLUDES SEVERAL SPLITTING, COMBINING, 80 LOSSES OF DISCHARGES <br />BECAUSE OF ARTIFICIAL BARRIERS 80 FLOWWAYS. <br />THE SLA STUDY ORIENTATED ALL OF THEIR SECTIONS LEFT TO RIGHT WHILE <br />LOOKING UPSTREAM. THIS STU~Y MAINTAINS THAT ORIENTATION. <br />XS'S 20 & 21 (PART OF SLA STUDY) ARE IN THE MAIN CHANNEL 80 ARE KEPT THAT <br />WAY FOR THIS STUDY. THE O.F.
