Again, the flow is consistent <br />with observations regarding the spillway. <br /> <br />Reservoir Routing <br /> <br />Reservoir routing through Douglas Reservoir and Park Creek was <br />completed using the Modified Pulse Method as contained in the <br />SWMM version developed by the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers. <br />Routing of flows through Park Creek Reservoir was completed <br />for the 100-year event only. Park Creek Reservoir has no effect <br />on peak flows in the study reach for this event and was assumed <br />to have no effect on the other frequencies. <br /> <br />.~' < ''it,' <br />-r"'P~-;'~. <br />
