It is the result of part of our <br />cooperative study with the Colorado Water Conservation Board. Presently, the <br />paper is in our technical-colleague review stage. I wi 11 appreciate receiving <br />any comments you may have as early as possible to consider before we proceed <br />processing for approval by the Director of the Geological Survey. We plan to <br />submit it to ASCE for publication. <br /> <br />The paper is considered "Preliminary Subject to Revision."
