Bassi ~ Assistant Attokl~neral RE: CWCB Easements Adjacent to South Platte River As you requested, I have reviewed my files on the South Platte River easements. The following lists the easements by grantee and sets forth the status of each easement: City of Englewood: This easement was recently approved by the State Controller and sent to the CWCB. If you don't have it, Larry should have it in his office (good luck). One of the originals of this easement document needs to be sent to John Bock at the City of Englewood with a letter requesting him to record the document with the Arapahoe County Clerk and Recorder and to provide the CWCB with a copy ofthe recorded document. Please call me if you have any questions concerning this process. Urban Drainage and Flood Control District (Temporary Construction Easement): The District signed and returned this easement to me on October 23, 1996. I do not have anything in my file indicating that the easement was finalized by the State, but suspect that it was. Will you please confirm that it was finalized and that the District recorded the document and sent us a copy of the recorded document?
