In acquiring real property, the Oistrict will be guided to the <br />greatest extent practicable by the land acquisition policies in Sections <br />301 and 302 of the Relocation Assistance Act: and property owners will be <br />paid or reimbursed for necessary expenses as specified 1n Sections 303 and <br />304 of the Act; all as implemented by regulations prescribed by or under <br />the authority of the Secretary of the Army: and <br />d.
