Future revisions may be made that do not result in <br />the republishing of the FIS report. To assure that any user is aware <br />of all revisions, it is advisable to contact the community repository <br />located at the Department of Community Development, 5291 East 60th <br />Avenue, Commerce City, Colorado 80037. <br /> <br />. uu!hlu-FirstRevisionu. <br /> <br />This study was revised on September 30, 1988, to reflect the <br />revised hydraulic analysis and new topographic information for <br />the reach of Sand Creek between Vasquez and Brighton Boulevards. <br />This information was developed by Simons, Li and Associates, <br />Inc., of Denver, Colorado. The result of this technical <br />information was a change in the base (100-year) flood elevations, <br />floodplain and f100dway boundaries for this reach of Sand Creek. <br />The Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM), Flood Boundary F100dway Map <br />(FBFM) , F100dway Data Table, and Profile 04P for Sand Creek have <br />been revised to reflect these changes. In addition, the <br />corporate limits for Commerce City have been modified to reflect <br />recent annexations from Adams County, Colorado. <br /> <br />The FIRM and FBFM for Adams County, Colorado were not revised at <br />this time to reflect the annexations by the City of Commerce <br />City. The effects of these annexations will be incorporated into <br />the FIS report, FIRM, and FBFM for Adams County, Colorado, at a <br />later date. <br /> <br />22 <br />
