Inc., to revise the effective FIRM to show the effects of construction of two 12-foot <br />by 25-foot, pre-cast. three-sided box culverts at Fairway Lane and channel modifications along Dutch <br />Creek from approximately 110 feet upstream of Fairway Lane to the confluence with the South Platte <br />River, <br /> <br />All data required to complete our review of this request were submitted with letters from Ms, Love, <br />Because this LOMR is being issued to correct a mapping or study analysis error, fees were not assessed <br />for the review, <br /> <br />We have completed our review of the submitted data and the flood data shown on the effective FIRM, We <br />have revised the FIRM to modify the zone designations of the flood having a I-percent chance of being <br />equaled or exceeded in any given year (base flood) along the revised reach of Dutch Creek, As a result <br />of the modifications, the zone designation for the revised reach changed from Zone X (shaded), the area <br />that would be inundated by the base flood with average depths less than 1 foot, to Zone X (unshaded), the <br />area that would not be inundated by the base flood, The modifications are shown on the enclosed annotated <br />copy of FIRM Panel(s) 08005C0435 J, This LOMR hereby revises the above-referenced panel(s) of the <br />effective FIRM dated August 16, 1995, <br />
