.

4.

HEC-l output summary listings
design storm with 0-5,10-20,
square mile areal adjustment.

for the 100-year
20-30, and 30-50

.

.

A complete copy of the CUHP and HEC-l computer output

listing is available at MSMjSP Group, Denver, Colorado.

.

A more detailed description of the input variables for
the CUHPD and the HEC-l rainfall-runoff ahalys is are
~ listed in the following paragraphs.

2.2 Precipitation Analysis

.

.

For the precipitation analysis, rainfall data was ob-
tained from UD&FCD's isopluvial maps for the l-hour and
6-hour precipitation depths (Reference 4).

.

Rainfall depth isopluvials were determined for the en-
tire study area for the 10-, 50-, and 100-year recur-
rence intervals. The 2-, 3-, and 6-hour des ign storms
for each sub-basin were used to determine rainfall
depth distributions in accordance with the recently de-
veloped UD&FCD design rainfall distributions. For
sub-basins having a varied rainfall depth, as indicated
by the isopluvials, a weighted average was obtained by
proportioning the areas with respect to each isoplu-
vial.

.

.

.
