OVERVIEW OF HISTORY, PHILOSOPHY AND SUCCESSES OF
ORGANIZATION:

Established in May, 1985 by Nancy Boudreau Love and David J. Love, P.E, Love &
Associates, Inc. quickly distinguished itself as a creative, capable and respected
consulting firm in the Colorado Front Range. The corporation has since expanded and
diversified its services to address many facets of to day's water resource issues. As a full
service water resource consulting firm, talent and time are most efficiently utilized.
Consistent, open communication between staff members of various expertise creates a
responsible, innovative and cost-effective product. A wide range of backgrounds allows
services to be tailored to specific client needs as well, regardless of the size or scope of
the assignment.

Love & Associates, Inc. is a Women Business Enterprise (WBE), and as a small firm,
senior-level involvement and personalized services are afforded on all projects. The
firm's professional staff is experienced at managing both large and small projects from
planning stages to construction management. Still, many complex projects require the
