A list Is attached of those In attendence on Tuesday mornino for the 3 <br /> <br /> <br />hour session. <br /> <br />The three oroups represented at the demonstration were the Colorado Water Con- <br /> <br /> <br />servatlon Board (CWCB), the Urban Dralnaoe &. Flood Control District (UDFCD), and <br /> <br /> <br />the City of Sheridan. The representatlves of these oroups aoreed that the model <br /> <br /> <br />was well-constructed and the Informatlon gained thus far from the model was well <br /> <br /> <br />worth Its cost. Members of the oroup made recommendations which are discussed <br /> <br /> <br />later In these notes. <br /> <br />The change made to the model since the first demonstration on January IS, i989 <br /> <br />was the addition of a s111 Immediately below the crest of the exlstino Corps of Engi- <br /> <br />neers dam. A row of 3-foot rocks was placed downstream of the sl11, followed by <br /> <br />the 5-foot rocks on the dam face. The sl11 extended from the west bank half way to <br /> <br />the boatchute adjacent to the Englewood Intake. The al11 was omitted from the other <br />
