<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board in regular meeting assembled in Alamosa, Colorado this 10th day of September 1993, <br />that it does hereby designate and approve as detailed floodplain information the floodplains <br />as described by the floodwater surface elevations and profiles in said new report, dated <br />January 1993, for the study reaches of Lena Gulch, Upper Lena Gulch (Jackson Gulch), <br />Apex Gulch and Pleasant View Tributary and rescinds the detailed floodplain information <br />as described by the floodwater surface elevations and profiles for stream reaches listed in <br />Table 1 as described in the reports designated by Resolution No. 44, 54, 236 and 282; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is directed to send <br />a certified copy of this resolution to the City of Golden; the City of Lakewood; the Board <br />of County Commissioners of Jefferson County; the Urban Drainage and Flood Control <br />District; the Colorado Office of Emergency Management; and the Federal Emergency <br />Management Agency. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution adopted by a <br />majority vote of the members of the Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session <br />assembled at Alamosa, Colorado on the 10th day of September 1993, at which a quorum <br />was present. <br /> <br />~k{~ <br /> <br />Danes C. tile, P.E., Secretary <br /> <br />bjFPR.347 <br /> <br />4 <br />
