A general <br /> <br />alert to the danger of fLash flooding is one of the services pt'ovidoo by <br />the National Weather Service. <br /> <br />Evacuation Plan <br /> <br />An "Emergency evacuation and Opera[;lOnS Plan" would proviae for <br />alerting the public oipottmtial flooding, and coordinati~ccrrroUllitysnd <br />cctmty services during an e'!lergency. Plan implenentation during the time <br />of an emergency reguires cooperation of the general public as well as <br />10C<l1 officials.
