Subdividers and <br />developers are required to suOOlit proposed stonn drainage plans to the <br />planning conmission for approval. In the past, drainage plans havt' been <br />prepared singularly or on a plat-by-plat basis. Information contained in <br />this report will be useful in developing a master drainage plan fur the <br />study area. This report provides the <Mtline of flocxl hazard area.'! m <br />large scale maps specifically for this purpoae. <br /> <br />Hydraulic roughness coefficients (Mannil18s N-Values) were determined <br />rrall field investigations and documented with photographs (in technical <br />addendun). A tabulation of rwghness coefficients is included in the <br />technical addendum. <br />Water surface profiles, typical cross sections and maps showing the <br />lOO-year flood boundaries are shown on included exhibits and flood plain <br />maps.
