Discharge is outflow of White Rock lake (capacity, 10,700 acre-ft in 1970 at spillway crest) and includes <br />water relea5ed from storage by removal of flashboards in dam. Storage began in White Rock lake in 19H1 and hdS been used at <br />times by city of Dallas as a source of I1lwicipal water supply. Records furnished by city of Oallas show that during year 10 <br />acre-ft was diverted for irrigation. Thirteen recording rain gages are operated in watershed above this station, and one recording <br />gage is located at station.
