<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conser~ <br />vation Board in regular meeting assembled in Northglenn, <br />Colorado, this 16th day of August, 1982, that it does hereby <br />designate and approve as floodplain areas those areas described <br />as being inundated by a 100-year 'flood as described by the <br />floodwater surface elevations and profiles in said report; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is <br />directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the Town <br />of Gypsum, the Board of County Commissioners of Eagle County, and <br />,the Federal Emergency Manag,ement Agency. <br /> <br />C E R TIP I CAT E <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a <br />resolution adopted by' a majority vote of the'members of the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled at <br />Northglenn, Colorado, on the 16th day of August, 1982, at which a <br />quorum was present. <br /> <br />
