<br />USDA's Consolidated Farm Service Agency: <br /> <br />The Emergency Conservation Program is anticipated to be <br />implemented in Butte, Colusa, Glenn, Sutter, Yuba, Yolo, <br />Lake, Mendocino, Humboldt, Sonoma, Napa, Solano, <br />Sacramento, Tehama, Monterey, San Luis Obispo, Santa <br />Barbara, Ventura, Los Angeles, Riverside and San Diego <br />counties to assist with debris removal, land <br />releveling/reshaping and restoration of eligible structures. <br />Cost-share funds will be disbursed to eligible landowners. <br /> <br />Environmental Protection Agency (EPA): <br /> <br />EPA is involved in ongoing programs that provide technical <br />and funding assistance for a variety of water related <br />projects.
