The manufacturer shall provide documentation to the project engineer of Laboratory testing <br />and previous use a minimum of 14 days including: <br /> <br />a Erosion Control Performance, (Minimal Soil Loss, Minimal Runoff; and enhanced <br />gennination) in both short-term indoor and long-term outdoor comparative studies. <br /> <br />b. Environmental CompatIbility of Liquid Slurry by Acute Fish Toxicity Testing, in <br />accordance with Washington State Department of Environment #80-12, rev. 6/91, <br />(maxinwm dilution rate of2.8: 1 for Zero mortality in four day period). Land <br />Application Criteria (LAC) & Toxicity Characteristic leachi'lg Procedure, (TCLP). <br /> <br />c. Previous Approval and use by U.S.D.O.T. - Federal Highway Administration, USDA- <br />Forest Service, and on large scale (> S9 Acre) FIre Reclamation projects. <br /> <br />2.
