R. S., as amended, <br />the City of Sa1ida is requesting the Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board consider the designation and approval of ,flood plain areas <br />within the incorporated portions of the City. The Flood In- <br />surance Study which was,~prepared for our Community contains <br />streams which show approximate and detailed floodplain areas. <br /> <br />We would like CWCB staff to review the floodplain information en- <br />titled, "Flood Insurance Study, City of Salida, Colorado, Chaffee <br />County", dated March 30, 1982, for possible designation and ap- <br />proval at the CWCB's Board Meeting scheduled for January 1997. <br /> <br />Please call Patsy Brooks at 719-539-4555 if you have any ques- <br />tions.
