<br />WHERI!;AS, the staff of the Board has reviewed the s'aid report <br />and finds that it meets a II applicable s ta tu tory requiremen ts <br />and requirements of the Board's "Rules and Regulations for the <br />Designation and Approval of Floodplains and of Storm or <br />Floodwater Runoff Channels in Colorado" (2 CCR 408-l); and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT, RESOLVED by the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board in regular meeting assembled in Denver, <br />Colorado, this 20th day of January, 1989, that it does hereby <br />designate and approve the 100-year floodplain as described by <br />the floodwater surface elevations and profiles in said report <br />for the unincorporated areas for the Rio Grande floodplain by <br />date of January 20, 1989. <br /> <br />._BE__I,!,.
