1. The proposed flight plan for the mapping areas at Weldona and Wiley
(project areas)including:

a. An approximate date and time of day the projects will be flown.

b. The flight height (above mean ground elevation).

c. A map showing ground control layout, flight lines, and
location(s) of permanent control markers.

The cost of flying and photography.

2. Establish vertical elevations and horizontal coordinates for
existing and permanent monuments located within the project areas
including the Contractor's control panels.
Permanent control marker identification tasks for vertical and
horizontal control: 1) set two (2) permanent control markers
for each project area and 2) panel any available U.S.O.S. and
N.O.S. benchmarks within the project area. The exact
number of markers to be set will depend upon the number of
acceptable existing markers that can be recovered by the
Contractor. Monuments shall be paneled prior to the aerial
photography. Provide one set of field notes for all ground control
and monument surveys. The cost ofthe ground control
survey shall be included in this item. Control can be obtained
by GPS survey procedures. $

3. Provide two (I) set of black and white 9"x9" contact prints for
