The purpose of this Amendment 1 to MOA 70EM75073 is to change the terms of Section 3. Time of
Performance by changing the Agreement Period to October I, 1996 through December 3l, 1997
(previously September 30, 1997). In addition, this Amendment 1 will amend Section 2. to read as follows:.

Section 2. Comoensation and Method ofPavment is hereby amended to read as follows:

Provide the services described herein on a total budget ofS125,050

a. $93,788 - Federal funding (75% of the total budget), and

b. $3l,262 - In kind-match; funding from existing ongoing CWCB functions
(25% of the total budget)

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Amendment 1 to this Agreement to be
