<br />6 <br /> <br /> <br />July 17, 1988 <br /> <br />O'Neil Draw at Julesburg in Sedwick County <br /> <br />Up to 4 1/2 inches of rain fell in 1 hour. Two "waves" of <br />water ran through the O'Neil Draw drainage and caused <br />damage, A one mile stretch of State line Road washed out <br />north of Julesburg.
