<br />July 7, 1988 <br /> <br />Oak Creek, <br />Williamsburg, <br />County <br /> <br />Coal creek and Tributaries at <br />Rockvale, and Florence in Fremont <br /> <br /> <br />Thunderstorms caused flooding in Williamsburg, Rockvale, <br />and Florence in Fremont County. Up to 2 inches ofrain fell <br />in 1 hour. Damages occurred to bridges, roads and <br />structures. In Florence, the railing of First Street Bridge <br />was demolished, Yards were flooded along Oak: Creek. The <br />flow carried a car out of a yard into the Arkansas River.
