<br />) aforesaid report prepared in 1912 pertaining to Sanderson Gulch <br /> <br />and Weir Gulch within the City and County of Denver only; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said supplementary report outlined and described <br /> <br />floodplain data and information for Sanderson Gulch and Weir <br /> <br />Gulch within the City and County of Denver only; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Colorado Water Conservation Board. as requested <br /> <br />by the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District. by Resolution <br /> <br />No. 46. dated July 9. 1975 approved and designated the <br /> <br />floodplains described in said supplementary report; and <br /> <br />) <br />! <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a new report entitled "Flood Insurance Study, City <br /> <br />and County of Denver. Volumes 1 and 2" dated April l5. 1986 was <br /> <br />prepared by Gingery Associates, Inc., under contract with the <br /> <br />Federal Emergency Management Agency; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. said new report contains revised floodplain <br /> <br />information and data for Weir Gulch within the City and County <br /> <br />. of Denver which replaced the floodplain information and data <br /> <br />contained in said supplementary ~eport designated by said <br /> <br />ReSOlution No. 46; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, as <br /> <br />requested by the City and County of Denver, by Resolution No. <br /> <br />) <br /> <br />255. dated september 4, 1986 rescinded the floodplains <br /> <br />-2- <br />
