Box 25267 <br />Denver, Co 80225 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Liou: <br /> <br />Otero County has applied for a Hazard Mitigation Grant to reduce possible flooding in west <br />Otero County. <br /> <br />The proposed project will divert the floodwaters around Manzanola and Rocky Ford. <br /> <br />At Manzanola the water will be placed in the Catlin Canal.
