Project Closeout <br /> <br />For a study project, closeout occurs upon acceptance of the final report by the client. This is <br />accompanied by preparation of a final invoice, final project filing, and transmittal to the client <br />of any project materials necessary for the client's files. <br /> <br />j. Change Orders <br /> <br />For a study project, change orders can occur when the client and consultant agree that addi- <br />tional work should be performed for additional compensation, or that a change in project sched- <br />ule is warranted. The proposed Statewide Needs Assessment contains several tasks for which it <br />may be difficult to clearly specify study methods and deliverables until preliminary investiga- <br />tions are completed.
